ICSC OFFICE HEADQUARTERS ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHICS

Through messaging, color, imagery, and typography, environmental graphic elements help extend a brand’s vision, mission, and values into a physical space. For the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) office headquarters, Touch Design Studio was tasked with translating the company’s identity into the built environment through signage, artwork, finishes, furniture, and environmental graphics. From initial concepting to providing mechanical drawings and overseeing the installation, I led both the 2D and 3D design of the space and was fully immersed in every step of the process.

BRAND NARRATIVE WALL

Blank walls are a perfect canvas for communicating brand stories and connecting people to place. For this office headquarters, the client wanted to communicate their narrative by representing their founders, past and present chair members, their mission, and industry involvement while tying in other brand elements.

RETAIL RENDERINGS

When business owners are proposing a new retail location, they often need realistic renderings to help sell their concept to zoning boards and investors. Having these renderings helps all parties involved get a clearer sense of how the proposed business will appear in the specified location.
